Despite the unusual start to the 2020-21 school year, Dayspring students were welcomed back with big smiles, words of encouragement, and energetic teachers. In fact, there was a high level of excitement among students and faculty alike! As 6th through 12th grade gathered outdoors for a physically-distanced Chapel, the joy of simply being together for the first time since mid-March was electric.
As is Dayspring’s yearly custom, Dr. Myers presented the theme for our 2020-2021 school year, “Grow in Grace and Knowledge.” Taken from 2 Peter 3:18, Dr. Myers set the stage for the new school year, brimming with hope and joyful expectation of what the Lord will do in and through all of us this year.
